Installation & delivery

Support for a
smooth finish.

Practical checklists to help you plan the site, receive your sign, and understand what a safe installation requires.

Start with the project drawings.

Every sign and site is different. Follow the documentation supplied with your order. Structural, elevated, outdoor, or hard-wired electrical work should be completed by suitably licensed and insured professionals.

GUIDE 01

Wall-mounted signs

A careful five-step installation plan.

  1. 01

    Confirm the location

Check the wall type, sign dimensions, viewing height, nearby power, and cable path before making any holes.

  2. 02

    Inspect the mounting pack

Match the supplied fixings and spacers to the installation drawing. Use fixings rated for the wall and the sign’s weight.

  3. 03

    Measure and mark

Use the supplied template where provided. Check level, clearances, cable exit, and every fixing point before drilling.

  4. 04

    Fix and connect

Mount without overtightening the acrylic or sign face. Keep low-voltage leads tidy and connect only to the supplied power equipment.

  5. 05

    Test the finished sign

Check stability, illumination, controls, cable strain relief, and visibility before removing protective films and cleaning.

Pause and ask before proceeding if:

the wall is damaged or unsuitable, fixing points do not match the drawing, supplied parts are missing, the sign has transport damage, or any power equipment appears damaged.

GUIDE 02

Power & cable planning

Plan the connection before production.

01

Choose the cable exit

Confirm whether power will exit behind, above, below, or beside the sign so it can be reflected in the drawings.

02

Confirm the environment

Tell us if the sign will be outdoors, exposed to weather, near water, or in a hot or restricted space.

03

Allow service access

Drivers, power supplies, controllers, and isolation points should remain safely accessible for inspection and maintenance.

04

Use the right trades

Do not modify power equipment or hard-wire the sign yourself. A licensed electrician should complete mains electrical work.

GUIDE 03

Australia-wide delivery

Know what happens before and after arrival.

Freight tailored to the project

Delivery can be arranged to metro and regional locations across Australia. Because illuminated signage can be fragile, long, or oversized, freight cost and timing are confirmed after we review the sign, packaging, and destination.

Your quote should identify the delivery destination, freight allowance, and any special handling assumptions. Remote locations, restricted-access sites, cranes, tail-lift vehicles, or timed delivery windows may affect the final plan.

On-arrival checklist

  • Check the number of packages against the delivery record.
  • Photograph visible damage before moving or opening the package.
  • Open carefully—avoid blades near sign faces, cables, and LEDs.
  • Keep packaging until the sign and all parts are inspected.
  • Check fixings, power equipment, controls, and documentation.
  • Report missing items or damage promptly with clear photographs.
