Custom LED neon flex

Custom LED neon signs with a continuous-line look

LED neon flex creates the visual rhythm of traditional neon using a flexible illuminated profile, commonly mounted to a shaped acrylic backboard. It works especially well for words, simple logos, feature graphics, and social-media moments.

Planning the right solution

Useful detail before you request a quote.

01

Design for a convincing continuous line

The best neon-flex designs have strokes that can be interpreted as practical illuminated paths. Tight corners, tiny counters, overlapping lines, and very small text may need adjustment so the result remains clean and manufacturable.

  • Readable stroke width
  • Practical bend radius
  • Balanced joins and returns
  • Suitable overall scale
02

Choose how the design is supported

Acrylic backboards can be cut close to the design, supplied as a panel, or divided into sections depending on size and mounting. The backing colour and edge treatment influence how prominent the support appears.

  • Cut-to-shape clear acrylic
  • Panel-style backboard
  • Wall fixing or suspended concept
  • Cable exit and controller position
03

Match the lighting to the environment

Colour, brightness, nearby lighting, viewing distance, photography, and indoor or outdoor exposure all affect the finished appearance. A site photo is especially useful when the sign will be part of a feature wall.

  • Warm white and coloured light
  • Dimming where specified
  • Indoor or reviewed outdoor use
  • Power location and cable concealment

Read installation and delivery guides →
Can any logo become an LED neon sign?+

Simple line-based logos are usually the best fit. Detailed or solid logos may need to be simplified, outlined, or interpreted in another illuminated sign system.

Can I see the sign on my own wall?+

Yes. In the Design Studio you can take or upload a photograph, then position and scale your concept over the proposed location before adding it to a quote.

Is the Design Studio preview a final production drawing?+

No. It is a concept tool for communicating intent. Final dimensions, colours, construction, power, and artwork are confirmed during quoting and shop-drawing approval.
